Join our study about the clinical learning environment!

Dear students, we are looking to recruit students who have completed the 3rd year clerkships for a focus group study. The study will ask you to complete a short survey and participate in a one hour long virtual focus group thinking about how we change the culture of the learning environment to facilitate growth mindset and in the moment coaching when you are working on your clinical rotations.

If you are interested, please contact Dr. Nandiwada (the PI) at to sign up.  If you have other questions about participation, feel free to email me, Addie McClintock at Thank you! –Addie McClintock, MD (General Internal Medicine)

Career Advising Student Advisory Board – Tip of the Month

The away rotation application has opened! If you’re planning to apply:

  1. Don’t forget to plan for a letter of recommendation. Ask your specialty advisor about the best person to get a letter from.
  2. Now is a good time to polish up your CV! Need help? Check out Career Advising’s CV page for videos, templates, and to register for a CV Group Review Session.
