Here is a message to graduates from Sara Kim, PhD, research professor, surgery, and associate dean for Educational Quality Improvement: My heartfelt congratulations on your graduation! As you continue to celebrate your accomplishments, I am reaching out with the last update on the AAMC Graduation Questionnaire and MS4 Spring survey response rates.

Please continue to check your UW email for the next three weeks to find out whether you won any gift card raffles.

It’s been a privilege to serve your class. I wish you all the best in your future career.

Internal Spring Survey: We are at 61 percent participation. If you could take literally 1 minute to complete this important survey that matters to our accreditation, here is the link: https://redcap.iths.org/surveys/?s=HCK8JW7JNDCM7RHH. Thank you!

AAMC GQ: You did it! Our school’s response rate is 73.4 percent which exceeds the national average of 72.6 percent. Thank you for leaving behind this amazing legacy. The survey is open until June 9

Graduates – What to know about your UW email and tech access

The Academic & Learning Technologies team wants you to know, What Happens to My UW Technology When I Graduate? Please note that this page assumes you are moving to another institution for residency. If you are in a UW-sponsored program, the team has tried to note where your access should continue uninterrupted.

Additional information can be found on UW IT Connect. If you have any questions about how graduation will affect your access to resources, please contact us at somaltsupport@uw.edu or contact UW IT at help@uw.edu.

ICYMI: Please participate in a study about geriatric knowledge

You are invited to participate in a multi-site educational survey assessing geriatrics knowledge and experiences in medical school. The U.S. population is aging, and it is vital that we assess geriatrics education in medical school so we can provide better age-friendly care to older adults.

This survey will take 20-30 minutes and participants will be compensated with a $35 Amazon gift card. This study is hosted by Harvard Medical School, developed in collaboration with UW Colleges Faculty Ruru Wang, MD, and funded by Stanford’s Center on Longevity. The survey is here: https://hms.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_a2AfCor5peneNv0
