Early Reminder: Graduating MS 4 Criminal Background Check
Graduating MS4 criminal background checks (CBC)’ will be due on January 15, 2025, in case you need to plan your budget around the $50 expense.
If you are receiving financial aid, you can ask for this to be added to your budget by emailing somfao@uw.edu.
Per the Medical Education Program Policy, students must complete a CBC in January (December is also acceptable) prior to graduation, regardless of the completion date of the previous criminal background check.

Please look for an email in mid-December with instructions for completing the CBC and associated UW Background Check Disclosure Form on Castlebranch.
