It’s time to preference for Non-Permission Explore & Focus courses!

Attention MS4 students who have expanded and plan to graduate in June 2025: Submit your E&F clerkship preferences for non-permission courses using eValue Optimization Scheduling (EVOS) before the deadline.

EVOS is an automated process that simultaneously considers your clerkship preferences, your classmates’ clerkship preferences, and site availability to create the best possible E&F schedules for everyone.

Preferencing for non-permission courses opened: Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2023

Preferencing for non-permission courses closes: Monday, Nov. 27, 2023, at 10 a.m. AK, 11 a.m., PT, Noon MT.

All the information you need – including preferencing preparation, how to enter preferences, when and where to get help, and lots of FAQs – is at https://education.uwmedicine.org/registration-records/ under the E&F Scheduling section.
