This advice is for all students and includes first generation and BIPOC student lenses.

MS3s: As you finish up your Patient Care Phase, now is the time to review Career Advising’s steps to prepare for residency application to set you up for success this application season. Preparing components of your application earlier in the year will save a lot of stress when you’re prioritizing important Explore & Focus rotations, in your chosen field. If you’re still feeling uncertain about fourth-year schedule strategy, ask your career advisor to go over it with you.
