SOM Small Group Rooms: Departmental Spaces
The SOM Curriculum office maintains a full-time departmental hold on 14 small group rooms on the 5th floor of the T-wing (map PDF). Priority is given to required courses in the MD program. Other courses may reserve these rooms as availability allows.
Students, staff, and faculty can view availability on 25Live, the University’s scheduling software, and search for the desired room.
To reserve 5th floor T-wing small group rooms, please email somrooms@uw.edu and include the following info:
- Name of the event and the organization/group hosting the event;
- Preferred location (e.g., T535, T553, etc.);
- Start and end time for the event;
- Date(s) for the event;
- Approximate number of people attending (e.g., 50 people);
- AV needs;
- Point of contact for event, as well as best email for that point of contact.
