2026 Physician’s Oath & Hooding Ceremony Ticket Exchange
The 2026 Physician’s Oath & Hooding Ceremony is getting closer, so the MSA wanted to share some quick info about the ticket exchange.
Each graduate will receive 7 guest tickets. If you know you’ll have extra tickets you won’t be using, please fill out this form. Extra POHC Ticket Donation Form.
We’ll be coordinating a graduation ticket exchange so extra tickets can go to classmates who need them.
Just to set expectations: in the past couple of years, ticket donations have been very limited. We typically received 2–4 donated tickets, while 80+ people requested extras. Because of this, we’re planning to first see how many tickets are actually donated this year before running an exchange.
Once the MSA has a better sense of availability, we’ll follow up with details on how the exchange will work.

SOAP Education Session – Monday, February 9
All students are invited to attend an upcoming SOAP Education Session on Monday, February 9 from 12:30 — 2:00 pm PT. This session will be hosted by Specialty Career Advisors in Surgery, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Family Medicine, along with Career Advisors and staff in Student Affairs. You will learn how the Supplemental Offer and Acceptance Program (SOAP) works and have a chance to ask your questions about the process. In advance of the session, please review how SOAP works and Career Advising’s SOAP page. The presentation will be recorded and sent out via email, but the Q&A will not be recorded.
