Patient Care Phase Scheduling
For MS2 students entering the Patient Care phase of the curriculum in Spring Quarter 2027 or Summer Quarter 2027: Submit your Patient Care clerkship preferences for time periods, geographic zones, and/or sites using eValue Optimization Scheduling (EVOS) before the deadline.
Note for WRITE and Olympia LIC students: Your program sets your schedule, so you will not preference.
EVOS is an automated process that simultaneously considers your clerkship preferences, your classmates’ clerkship preferences, and site availability to create the best possible Patient Care schedules for everyone.
- Preferencing opens: Friday, September 25, 2026, at 1:00 PM PST
- Preferencing closes: Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 4:00 PM PST
Note: This is not first-come, first-served course selection. It does not matter when you enter and submit your preferences as long as you do so within the timeframe above.
