Scores shown are minimum equated percent correct (EPC) scores for passing at UWSOM. As per the UWSOM Assessment Policy, passing scores for the 2026-27 clinical year are:
- 5th percentile nationally for Patient Care core required clerkships (WRITE-specific threshold is 3rd percentile nationally)
- 3rd percentile nationally for Explore & Focus core required clerkships
*For Medicine, the WRITE-specific passing threshold is in effect when the exam is taken prior to completion of the MEDLIC courses. For OBGYN, Pediatrics, and Psychiatry, the WRITE-specific passing threshold is in effect when the exam is taken prior to completion of the inpatient portion of the rotation.
