Dr. Alexandra “Alex” Molnar grew up in the Seattle area and loves the green trees, high mountains and many lakes of this region. She even likes the gray skies and misty rain, most days. Like you, she went to medical school at the UW. She spent her first year in Seattle and enjoyed many of the programs that make the UW special: RUOP, WRITE, DESC Derm clinic, to name a few. She was a College Faculty Member and College Head in the past and now is an Associated Certified Coach working as a Faculty Coach for Office of Faculty Affairs at the School of Medicine.
She continues to enjoy clinical work with refugees, immigrants and asylum seekers at the International Medicine Clinic at Harborview and the UW Student Asylum Clinic. She looks forward to bringing together her background in coaching and medical student support to work with students in their clinical years.
