Dr. Furheen Baig is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the department of General Internal Medicine. She grew up in Kansas City, where she completed medical school, then moved to Atlanta to complete her Internal Medicine residency at Emory University. She now works as a hospitalist at Harborview Medical Center. She has particular interest in the care of urban underserved populations and medical education.
In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, slow running, and amateur pottery.
