Sixty-one first-year UW School of Medicine-Spokane students were robed in White Coats at a special ceremony on September 8, 2023. This marked an important step in the careers of our future doctors, marking their transition from preclinical studies to clinical training with preceptors and patients.
Kika Kaui, a fourth-year medical student, presented the keynote speech, sharing her lessons learned and warm-hearted inspiration with nearly 400 family, friends and faculty members in attendance.
