The UWSOM-WWAMI Communications Team is looking for students to serve as social media liaisons and help showcase the people, experiences and work that make our medical school community so unique.
Social media liaisons work with the social media coordinator to identify and gather materials (such as quotes or photos) for stories from across the WWAMI community, including student profiles, research and clinical experiences, student interest and affinity group activities, events and other highlights. Liaisons can help make sure great stories from their classmates don’t go unnoticed!
The best part? Students don’t need to do anything “extra”! Just show up to the classes, meetings, and events they’d already be at and pass along photos to the social media team.
It’s a chance to build communications and storytelling experience, connect classmates with opportunities to share their work and help shape how the WWAMI medical student experience is represented online.
