Dr. Rae Infante is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the department of Pediatrics who completed her fellowship training in Neonatology at the University of Miami. She was originally born in Venezuela but moved to the US after completing med school. She has lived in the Northeast, South Florida and now the Pacific Northwest, which allowed her to enjoy the cultural diversity of the country. She is passionate about medical education, with a particular interest in simulation-based learning and neonatal resuscitation, and is committed to advocating for underserved and underrepresented communities.
Outside of medicine, she likes to play tennis, snowboard, and travel around the world. As every latina, she enjoys dancing, soccer and having a good time.
