Wyoming WWAMI Students Spotlight Summer Research

Wyoming WWAMI second-year students presented their summer research projects at the University of Wyoming’s Marian H. Rochelle Gateway Center last month in a powerful showcase of discovery during the seventh annual Research Symposium. Students highlighted their research through poster presentations, exemplifying rigorous scientific inquiry sparked by community-driven questions.

“Our second-year medical students continue to inspire through their commitment to their medical education, patient care and their scholarly pursuits,” said Wyoming WWAMI Director and Assistant Foundations Dean Dr. Todd Guth. “Their presentations at the Wyoming Medical Society research symposium showcase the full spectrum of what it means to study medicine in Wyoming—advancing the science of discovery, integrating learning across disciplines and engaging deeply with the needs of our communities.”
