My approach is student-centered, focused on providing relevant information so that you can make informed decisions and achieve your goals.

I’ve worked as a Career Advisor at the UWSOM since 2020. Prior, I spent more than a decade working at Seattle University’s College of Arts and Sciences in roles including directing the Pathways to Professional Formation initiative and as a Senior Academic Advisor. Previous positions include Educational Planner at Edmonds Community College, Leadership Development Fellow at Santa Clara University’s Levey School of Business, and customer service positions at Washington Mutual Bank.

I attended Seattle University for my Master of Arts in Education and the University of Washington for my Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Go Dawgs!

In the spring, summer, and fall I row on the Spokane River with the Spokane River Rowing Association, run through Spokane’s parks, and explore the outdoors with my husband and two children. In the winter you will find me cross-country skiing at Mt. Spokane, at the gym on a rowing machine, or reading a book.

My piece of career exploration (and life) advice: Never be afraid to ask. The worst they can say is ‘no.’
