You may receive a message in your email with a subject line “Your email access has been blocked.” Actually, what it means is that email is no longer being delivered to that particular email app because of changes to approved authentication methods for UW Office 365. This affects apps/programs like Apple Mail and built-in email apps on mobile devices. It does not affect access through a web browser, the Outlook app for mobile devices, or Outlook as part of Office 365 ProPlus available through your Office 365 account.
If this happens to you, you can try removing your UW Exchange account from your app and then re-adding it. This should apply a more current authentication method and you’ll be able to continue using your preferred app. If that doesn’t work, you’ll need to use one of the supported apps.
