ROS +/- exertional dyspnea, orthopnea, PND, bloating/edema, abdominal pain
Vitals +/- wt changes, RR, BP, PR, (abnormal or considering med changes)
PE rate/rhythm m/g/r, edema, CTAB/crackles, laterally displaced PMI, s3, JVD, hepatosplenomegaly, fluid wave/shifting
