Brenda Bursch, PhD, is a Professor of Clinical Psychiatry and Bio-behavioral Sciences at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. She is also Mental Wellness Consulting Psychologist for the Los Angeles Lakers. Dr. Bursch offers seven science-based coping strategies for COVID-19, including:
